We deliver your stuff Across The Globe.Each order should be shipped only to a single destination address.

This is our maximum time to Deliver your order within 7 working days except saturday or sunday and commercial holidays but in some areas with extra payment we use to deliver in saturday also.

We ship Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.

If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods,try to take a snap and refuses to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or mail us at [email protected], mention your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest

Please note all items (including gifts if commited) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Local Tax Regulations

Customized orders :-

However in some cases and As per your size orders (Customized orders ) , we may take longer, up to 12 working days, to ship the order. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within quoted time of the order, you may cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order or full order. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order or full order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment. ( Customized Orders will be shipped within 12 days of order )

Incorrect Address :-

In case the address provide by you is incomplete or incorrect and the courier company fails to reach you, in that case if you arrange for a re-delivery you may have to incur additional cost or yourself pick up the consignment from the courier office. And in case the package comes back to us in event of non-delivery due to incomplete address you will be liable to pay the shipment charges which will be minimal.

Address change requests :-

Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may send your alteration request to [email protected] and the need full will be done.

Shipment and Tracking details :-

We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert EMAILS will contain message about courier company website details along .You may also check the same on your order status page.

Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites except public holidays.

Transit Risk: is shipping all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If courier company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. But will not responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.

What if Delays :-

Time to ship mentioned on our website against each item is indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, Charge Back, Returns, Replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

However benefits such as some store credit to be used for future orders, free gift etc can be allowed on case to case basis.

If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because a item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail

However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.
