2. To apply for the refund and return, the purchased product should meet the below-mentioned conditions:
|Correct Product||The product should be correct. Packing and components of the package should be complete.|
|Unused Product||The product will only be eligible for a return if it is unused and unwashed without any stains or marks.|
3. Any used promotional voucher (Gift Voucher & Discounted or any other offer voucher) will not be refunded.
4. Only after receiving the product and quality check, the refund will be initiated.
5. If the purchased product fails in the quality check, the refund procedure will not be initiated further. You can pick up the product from our office.
6. To ensure the highest safety and hygiene standards, we do not accept return request on masks.
7. Refund will be given as store credit vouchers within 7 days of receipt of return.
